Our Story

“Founded by Asia Molex, Legacy of Love Homes was born out of a passion for creating spaces where women can live independently while feeling connected and supported. Our homes are more than just places to live—they are communities where lasting friendships are formed

    Comfortable and ready-to-move-in spaces offer a seamless living experience, featuring modern amenities, well-maintained interiors, and functional layouts that eliminate the hassle of immediate renovations or repairs.

    A community that cares fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals feel valued, safe, and connected. It actively promotes kindness, empathy, and mutual assistance, encouraging members to collaborate and help one another through shared resources, open communication, and collective efforts to address local needs and challenges.

  • Affordable Monthly Rates

    The starting rate of $650 per month suggests a base price for a service or product, which could vary in scope or features depending on the provider. Eligibility Requirements:

·      Residents must be female

·      Verifiable income is required (e.g., SSI, SSDI, pension, private pay)

·      Residents should be physically independent  (the house has steps and not wheelchair accessible)

·      Must be in good overall health or have a home health aide/personal helper for no more than 3 hours per day

·      Drug and alcohol-free living required, including no smoking or vaping nicotine inside the house .

·      Open to individuals with a criminal background or formerly incarcerated individuals, provided they are transparent about their history (no violent or sexual crimes)

·      Applicants with prior evictions will be thoughtfully considered

·      Must be mentally stable and able to live in a shared living environment peacefully.

·      No pets due to other residents’ allergies

·      Residents must maintain respectful behavior (e.g., no theft, violence, or disruptive behavior)

·      Residents must be able to provide/prepare their own meals

·      Residents must be able and willing to clean up after themselves
